Janz After two years of searching, you have quickly helped locate the right refworks like a champ...in fact, better thanill for a very special Harley Davidson Rollerball pen that I originally purchased in Mexico. The refill you sent me the original! For those customers out there that are looking for a company that will stand by them until they've found the right product, I would like them to know about The Writer's Edge. I contacted you personally and explained the challenge I was having finding this refill. You quickly responded with a possibility, which I ordered. We determined that this refill didn't work and most company's might have admitted defeat yet you dug in and sent me another style of refill at no cost and it worked perfectly. Jim, as a professor and research director in a college of business I spend most of my time studying what makes one organization more successful than the others. In today's fast-paced marketplace, it's a combination of leveraging technology (which you do with your great web presence), and good, old-fashioned customer service. My wedding was last week, October 8th, and everyone was thrilled with the gifts. I had also special ordered an additional pen engraved with my husband's initials and our wedding date. It came out fantastic. He's a physician who also runs a medical reseach laboratory, so the pen was a perfect gift. Finally, I had ordered a wonderful blue lacquered pen for myself, which was no longer in stock. You kept a look out for it, and it arrived today after only a short delay. the Space Pen for many years, and have always been pleased with it.
In recent years, it seems to be harder and harder to find refills for
them. When I went to my local stationary store, I was told that Fisher
was no longer in business, that they were now going under the name of
Eversharp and that the refill I needed was no longer in existence. I
did not buy this, and searched the web where I found your site. I was unable to place
my order over the internet due to a problem with my system. Your sales
staff was extremely courteous and helpful over the telelphone in assisting
me with my order. I placed my order on a Monday afternoon and was told
I would have it by Wednesday. To my surprise, the order was received
first thing Tuesday morning - less than 24 hours after the order was
placed. You have definately gained a customer and I will be spreading
the word to others in my field. I look forward to stopping by your retail

bullet pen that I ordered from The Writer's Edge website. I was concerned
about how the engraving would look and you emailed me and assured me
that it would be done tastefully. Well, once again, I am thrilled with
my order. This is the third order I have received from your website
and I have been pleased with all of them. I helped my boyfriend (who
is not computer literate) order 4 engraved bullet pens for his nephews
for Christmas. Trying to buy for teenage boys is difficult however,
the pens received rave reviews! I told my sister-in-law about your website
and I think she has placed an order with you. I collect pens -
but I am very particular about the ones I write with. I am a road warrior
and spend several hours a week on a plane so having a pen that doesn't
leak while in flight is a MUST - that is where having a space pen comes
in real handy. I love my new pen - and it is gorgeous to boot! Thank you for the
