I had to drop you an e-mail and tell you I just received my order of pens. They are great and I was able to give them to my friends as late Christmas gifts. They were very pleased. I can also say that the pens are durable as one I carry was with me when my vehicle was targeted by a roadside bomb. We all got out with minor injuries, but vehicle was destroyed and my pen still works great. Thanks again.

I wanted to send you a note and thank you for the replacement Space Pen cartridge lI received last week. It works great; it's smooth, no skipping or globing, does everything Fisher says it will do. Unlike so many other companies, you really do live by your pledge to do the right thing. The Writer's Edge truly does put customer service first. I've been eyeing the AG7 Space Pen and the telescoping pen. When I decide to purchase either, I'll be back. Thanks again!

I received the black titanium nitride bullet pen today and it is one of the best looking pens I have ever owned. This one will definitely not be given away to an admiring friend. Between the bifold wallet and this pen and the many other items, and always with the most gracious service, I wanted to just sent you both a thank you.

I my business I do some traveling, in fact I will be out of the country for the next week or so, just getting back in time for Palm Sunday, but if I ever get out to your area, I will certainly look you both up.

Hey Guys....I just wanted to drop a little note to tell a little story....
I am a Police Officer in a Major Metro City....and one particular rare week, the city that I Police, had a huge downfall of rain mean, it rained so hard and for so long, I needed a canoe, one morning to get to work. But on this day and during my shift, I had to do a traffic collision report, now keep in mind that the reports that we do in the field are just rough drafts, until we get back to the station to complete a proper and clean report....

Well, usually the reports are done in pencil, but because it was raining, I couldn't even use a pencil...nor could I get it to write on the extremely we paper.... Well, behold the Police Pro pen, the flawless pen...who new, that a pen could have a soul...... The pen performed outstanding.....perfect....not only did it write in on wet paper, but it did so time after time..... Great product......thanks a lot...for the pen, and thanks a lot for selling a great product....

Everyone I have given a pen to as a gift thoroughly enjoys its performance, look and feel. Thank you, Jim. I also received a phone call on Friday about my order. I just wanted to let you know that your customer service is impeccable. I've ordered a lot of things online before, but I've never received a phone call AND an email about the status before. It was greatly appreciated.

Your customer service is really unparalleled. I shop at Nordstrom because the way I am treated, as a customer, is important to me. Work life can be harsh and stressful, but shopping should be easy and even fun. Your company makes it so. Calling the customer to let us know that you've shipped is simply awesome.

Anyway, whatever the situation with the bullet pen, I wanted to let you know that I haven't been this impressed with a company in a long, long time. It's truly a marvel.

Your shipping is faster than my email reading. I received my refills before I read your notification.

Order was actually for a neighbor who has been unable to find refills for her pen. You should be glad that your business doesn't depend on me as I am a dedicated fountain pen user/collector.

Must say that I really appreciate the manner in which my orders have been handled -- also, particularly like the letters of response to my questions and the order notifications that you send.

If the 4 or 5 hours from when I placed my order on your website this morning to the time I recieved a phone call from a very pleasant woman telling my order had been shipped represents a delay in delivery then please don't ever ship me anything at your normal speed! I'm afraid the blinding flash of your hyper-light speed service might blind the entire population of the west coast!

Am very much looking forward to using the space pen my husband bought me with my signiture blue ink -- I couldn't quite bring myself to use the black ink it came with. Thank you for being so fast.
